Avoid at All Costs, A Nightmare Stay!

My family and I felt unsafe during our 2-night stay. The room was filthy, with dirty socks left behind. The refrigerator contained questionable stains, and the unsanitary conditions made it a poor choice. Consider finding accommodation elsewhere for a safer experience.

Stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed our choice. The rooms were updated with all the necessities;)))

Cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! The bathtub faucet was practically falling off, trash without a bag was unacceptable, and the refrigerator had an unappealing mess. It left me wondering about basic maintenance!!!

This hotel was useful base for exploring Columbia, truly enjoyed it. We spent 1 night in standard king room. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable. Easy access to Columbia Metropolitan airport, which was about 27 minutes' drive away.

The staff was friendly and accommodating were good. The location was perfect for family activities, especially with Lake Murray nearby for outdoor adventures.

In my kids' opinion, the cleanliness of the room could be better.

We enjoyed the beautiful art murals and the hiking at Lake Murray. The location made it easy to explore, and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the nearby EdVenture Children's Museum too!

The room was nice with a refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. The bed was super comfortable, made for a good night's sleep. The hotel had some pretty cool art murals, giving it a nice vibe. Didn't get to check out the spa, but it looked inviting.

I appreciated the beautiful art murals in the stairwells. The hotel is also easily accessible for senior guests, with no steep stairs or difficult pathways.

Improve cleanliness in common areas.

The room was spacious and the art murals added a vibrant touch to the ambiance. It was also great to see that the hotel is pet friendly.

Wi-fi was unreliable .

We enjoyed the newly renovated heat/ac units, floors, and bathrooms. The little kitchen areas were new and very nice. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was all perfect.

The room was accessible but felt unwelcoming due to a strong odor. The environment around the hotel was chaotic. A fruit buffet offered some bright moments, but it was overshadowed by the overall lack of cleanliness.

Stay at that hotel was surprisingly awesome! the new heat/ac units and renovated bathrooms were a nice touch. the little kitchen area in the room was a pleasant surprise as well, very modern and clean. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants, definitely a plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, made me feel welcomed.

On the downside, there were some cleanliness issues. the towels in the room had spots and the fridge wasn't cleaned out properly before my stay.
